Birth certificates are required the first time you register for any program.
Once submitted they will not be needed again.

Sapulpa's recreational league program is for players age 4-15.


Sapulpa Soccer Academy

Sapulpa Soccer Academy is a developmental program for players age 6-9 ready for the next level of soccer with other like minded players.
This is pre-competitive and requires a 5-6 month commitment.
